Health Programs
Bringing essential healthcare services to the doorstep of every Zambian family
Improving Health Outcomes
Zambia faces significant health challenges, including high rates of maternal and child mortality, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and malnutrition. Over 6.5 million Zambians have been reached by community health programs.
Our health programs focus on prevention, early intervention, and community-based care, ensuring that essential services reach even the most remote areas.
Through partnerships with the Ministry of Health, local health centers, and international organizations, we are making measurable progress in reducing mortality and improving health outcomes.

Grace's Story
"When I was pregnant with my third child, I didn't know about the importance of antenatal care. A TAF community health worker visited our village and encouraged me to visit the health center. She even accompanied me on my first visit."
"Thanks to the care I received, I had a safe delivery and my baby is healthy. Now I share what I learned with other women in my community."
